History Del Bradshaw founded our firm in 1980. Mike Gordon, one of his former co-workers, joined him in 1982. Roger Clinkscales joined him in 1984. These three built the firm, serving individuals, family owned businesses, and other small business for all their accounting needs -- tax planning, preparation, and advice, bookkeeping, financial statements, litigation support and business valuation, while occasionally advising regarding general business issues.    Other partners have joined the firm over the life of the firm (Andy Foth, 1994; Dell Baker, 1997; Pete Tiffany and Roger Duncan, 2004). These additional partners have added expertise in tax, audit, and business valuation  to continue to meet the needs of the firm's clients.
